Mr. Prestage has played a key role in several multi-million dollar property transactions as well as debt and equity finance deals in both Canada and the US.
Mr. Prestage was instrumental in assisting Mr. Aldridge with financing and other matters relating to one of Mr. Aldridge's start-up companies in 2001.
Since that time, he has been a key source of business development and financial leads for Mr. Aldridge.
Mr. Prestage is a co-founder of Equity Solar and worked on early stage due diligence, negotiations and financing for the technology licensed by Equity Solar.
